Our flagship Future Food-Tech summit in San Francisco is set to gather 1,700+ food-tech leaders at the Marriott Marquis to discuss the most pressing challenges facing the sector, explore breakthrough technologies, and forge the right partnerships to bring those solutions to market. The hard-hitting main stage agenda dives into the most pressing issues for the food-tech sector, from tackling food insecurity and the role of AI in the food system, to overcoming the challenges of scaling alt-protein and novel foods.
